- Knowledgeable of roofing, techniques
- Ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of racking assembly
- Transportation to and from work

Sales Personnel:
- The solar industry is a friendly, honest place; thus, such sales people are required.
- Must be computer savvy. (Very important)
- Ability to work together as a team and communicate to get the job.
- Ability to keep yourself and your work organized.
- Clean cut and professionalism is a must.
